We are pleased to announce that the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law is accepting article submissions for the Spring 2025 publication. 

BJCFCL welcomes submissions with a corporate, financial or commercial law nexus. 

We accept article submissions that are between 10,000 to 25,000 words (inclusive of footnotes). We require that all footnotes conform with the latest editions of both The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation and The Chicago Manual of Style.

Please submit your article using the Scholastica link for authors. We review article submissions on a rolling basis.
